Förbindelsen är ungefär 16 kilometer lång. Från Lernacken utanför Malmö går bron ut till Peberholm, och därifrån fortsätter vägen i Drogdentunneln fram till Amager och Köpenhamns flygplats. Avgiften betalas vid betalstationen vid Lernacken på den svenska sidan, i båda riktningarna.
